We are Caroline and Mike, and we started Estate Concierge and Downsizing Services to help individuals when they are in need, at a time of loss or grieving and to much on their to-do list.
Over the past 26 years in business, we have been able to build a very trustworthy team and the best community connections to make estate clearing and selling fast, easy and stress-free, and we love it!
We noticed that other services in our area that "remove junk" for a fee, was not truly what you needed.
We know that you need someone to go in and organize items that you want to keep, ship, store, sell and donate.
You need someone to clear the old food, rip up the stained carpets, wash the windows, repaint, stage and do any small repair necessary to resell the home.
